The latest from Tokyo.

My dear friends,

Thank you once again so much for your kind words of concern and
encouragement throughout the "earthqake season" in Japan.
My house in Tokyo was not an exception to the disasters from throughout the country... The window got broken and things fell all over the floor, but that was just a sign for me that I need to pull myself together and put life back to normal once again... I have cleaned my house now and I'm feeling all afresh and ready for another week of work.

What concerns me most, though, is the life tragedy from the Northern part of the country, Tohoku-Area, where many lives were lost due to the earthquake and the tsunamis... Now the atomic energy reactors add some extra concern to all of us, but we trust that the way in which these reactors
was built was done with the typical Japanese sense of responsibility
and anticipation of natural disasters. Many people died and many more are without homes over the past few days.

We all watch TV and wonder what we can do to help...
Life is so fragile and valuable...
Please join our prayers for our country fellows from the Tohoku area.　
I know that many "Help Japan" activities have been initiated around the
world and I am so thankful for our friends overseas who remember us in
these times of grief...
